| Usage | Custom PFA shaped bend tubes are designed for pre-routed fluid paths in equipment where straight tubing cannot be installed without on-site bending. They are used to connect fixed points in tight enclosures, route around obstacles, and maintain consistent flow geometry in high-purity and corrosive fluid systems. Typical usage includes replacing field-bent tubing in semiconductor wet benches, pharmaceutical SIP/CIP loops, chemical distribution manifolds, and analytical instrument sample lines. Each tube is formed to a customer-specified drawing, eliminating kinking, wall thinning, and stress cracking caused by manual bending. |
