Building upon its existing 1.3:1 and 1.6:1 shrink ratio FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) tubing – a transparent, chemically inert fluoropolymer known for exceptional temperature resistance, electrical insulation, and low friction – Mochitek has achieved a technical breakthrough by successfully developing a new FEP heat-shrinkable tubing with a shrink ratio of 2.0:1 (tested maximum: 2.2:1). This product is specifically designed to provide high-density protective encapsulation for precision components in demanding fields such as medical devices, aerospace systems, chemical processing, and high-frequency electronics, excelling particularly in addressing the encapsulation challenges of complex, irregularly shaped parts.

Mochitek heat-shrink tubing is available in natural color or can be customized according to customer requirements. Standard lengths provided are 1.2m, 1.65m, or 2.1m, with continuous lengths also achievable. The minimum inner diameter before shrinking ranges from 0.60mm to 8.00mm, while the minimum inner diameter after shrinking ranges from 0.40mm to 4.00mm. The wall thickness tolerance is ±0.051mm.

Prior to shipment, each and every piece of our heat-shrink tubing undergoes rigorous quality inspection. This includes testing dimensions both before shrinking and after heat-shrinking, tensile strength, elongation at break, axial change rate, flame retardancy, and surface defects (such as scratches, crystal points, black spots, wavy patterns, etc.). Our products are packaged by default in single-layer PE bags and shipped in cartons/paper tubes/PVC tubes.
