The Production Process

Incoming Material Inspection

High-quality raw materials are the basic part of manufacturing a good product. Our quality inspection team will conduct a comprehensive inspection of raw materials to ensure compliance with relevant technical standards and qualified products.

Preparation Procedure

The preparation procedure refers to the process by which our production person in charge will formulate a plan and scheduling list, arrange each order and complete the production on time. Then all spare parts required for the production of the entire order are classified.

Online Production

This is the main process of fluoroplastics production.when all the preparations are completed,we can start online production.

Inspection

The inspection will be carried out during and after production. During the production process,the quality detector auomatically check and messure the products online. After all the production is completed, the quality inspectors will carefully inspect all the productions again.

Packaging And Loading

Packaging can be customized,we accept ship by air,sea or railway.We use wrapping film to protect the box from being damaged during long-term transportation.

Transportation

At this stage, we will carry out all the necessary customs clearance work before loading and delivering your fluoroplastics. When it finally arrives at the destination port, we will send you an email reminder in advance.

Quality Control

In order to ensure that our fluoroplastic products can meet the needs of customers,our quality control department strictly tests the appearance quality and performance of the products to ensure that your product quality fully meets the commitment.

Raw Material Quality Inspection

Each bath of raw material must be inspected and tested in the first stage of the raw material entering the factory to ensure the incomping quality, including packaging requirements, marks, appearance quality of raw material and sample products.

Process Quality Inspection

When on the production line,we use the advanced quality detector to auomatically check and messure the products in process,to ensure the quality of fluoroplastic products is qualified.

Finished Product Quality Inspection

After completion,the quality inspector will conduct a comprehensive inspection and test again to ensure that the fluoroplastic products can meet the customer’s requirements in terms of external quality and performance.

Outgoing Quality Inspection

Before loading your container,the quality inspector will check all required product specification again and ensure compliance with the agreed manual.
